About the role: The Product Support Supervisor oversees the management of various support efforts on behalf of the larger Payments Product Support team.
About the team: The Payments Product Support team is a talented team of payments experts who will work throughout the matrix to provide a high level of customer service to our clients both internally and externally.
What will you be doing?

  • You will manage a team of employees providing guidance, mentorship and professional development.
  • Ensures employees are properly trained to support the tasks and projects assigned.
  • Complete administrative supervisory tasks.
  • Coordinate workflow and prioritization of staff projects in order ensure deadlines are met.
  • Interpersonal skills and technical product knowledge and expertise are critical to responding to daily client-centric activities.
  • Act as a liaison between employees and executive leadership as needed.

  • This role may include some client facing tasks.
  • Other related duties assigned as needed.


What you will need:

  • Bachelor's Degree in business or related field or the equivalent combination of education, training, or work experience.
  • Prior card processing knowledge; FIS debit and/or credit processing experiences a plus
  • Knowledge of FIS products and services
  • Strong analytical skills
  • Knowledge in programming, business analysis or implementation of software products; strong Excel skills.
  • Organizational and time management skills required
  • Self-starter with proven ability to work independently
  • Extremely comfortable working with computers and a variety of applications
  • Excellent oral and written communications skills
  • Strong problem solving skills
