About the team
Trax is a corporate banking hub solution, combining in a unique way robust bank communication functionality with an advanced payment hub system helping organizations to standardize the payment processes across business units, payment types, banks and regions. The application has payment functionality to support various payment workflows and connectors to easily integrate with any ERP and with banks over SWIFT or other channels. In addition to the payment functionality, Trax offers bank statement and reporting functions to capture returning bank reports from banks
Our Trax team has members in the U.S., Israel, Belgium, and India that work to assist our global customer base.
What you will be doing

  • Learn the technical and functional details of the Trax program to provide first and second line support to customers
  • You will work with customers to find solutions when support tickets are entered
  • Be responsible for attending client calls, as needed, for critical issues or status calls
  • Build relationships with customers so that a partnership develops in the US as the customer base grows
  • Work with our development teams when defects have been identified


What you bring:

  • Strong troubleshooting and logical skills a must
  • Strong written communication skills
  • Ability to work under pressure with strict deadlines
  • Knowledge of n-tiered Java Enterprise (J2EE) a plus
  • Knowledge of Swift messaging, XML framework, and Multi-factor authentication a nice to have
