About the Role:
As a valued member of our team, the Product Support Representative supports the company in being the first point for all clients for helping resolve day to day product related inquiries and issues for FIS applications.
About the Team:
The FIS Compliance Reporting Manager team is part of the FIS Trading and Processing global team supporting clients worldwide for trading and regulatory compliance applications. This role is a techno functional position to work with the larger Client Experience team for issue resolution, planning and continuous improvement, and related application support.
What you will be doing?

  • Hybrid working. This position will be a hybrid working position with a combination of office/remote schedule with up to 3 days in the office with colleagues.
  • Full-time position working an eight hour per day schedule somewhere between the hours of 8:00am - 8:00pm EST (Monday through Friday) after conclusion of training. Occasional weekend availability for a few hrs on a need basis may be required.
  • Flexibility to work overtime when volumes dictate
  • Participate in ongoing training to expand overall knowledge


What you will need:

  • Ability to productively handle inbound telephone calls, client inquiries raised via email or a ticketing system.
  • Ability to work independently and in a team environment
  • Ability to multi-task using various systems to address customer needs
  • Investment industry experience desired
  • Good problem solving and decision making skills..
  • College degree (or currently working towards one) or customer service experience desired


Added bonus if you have:

  • Some exposure to MS-SQL server or other technical skills.
