As a Product Support Engineer, you will be responsible for supporting business and technical operations for the engineering team. You will coordinate with the Product Owner, Engineering Team Leads, other support team members and Client Services personnel in order to define, document, and investigate service requests and client inquiries. You will also support various data analysis operations, including direct querying of databases and data storage systems.
Performance goals will be linked to the ability to triage service requests, perform basic analysis of reported issues, and communicate technical findings to nontechnical personnel. The role will require basic SQL skills and a willingness to learn medical nomenclature and associated topics.
Basic Qualifications:
- Bachelor's Degree (or matriculation by end of the current year) in relevant discipline, or equivalent work experience
- Knowledge of SQL database systems
- Willingness to learn via on-the-job training by interacting with multiple staff members to acquire knowledge and skills in company-specific platforms
- Ability to work well within a group environment
- Ability and willingness to spend time self-training and improving skills
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal
- Excellent attention-to-detail
- Successful completion of a pre-employment background check
- Must be legally authorized to work in the United States for any employer
Preferred Qualifications:
- Knowledge of Health IT industry and terminologies
- Experience and familiarity with Azure
- Familiarity with Eligible Clinician eCQMs
