Job Title: Product Application Support Analyst
Role: Individual Contributor External Facing Role
Essential Functions:

1. Troubleshooting, testing and coordinating to resolve reported complex software and/or data issues while providing status to internal and external clients on a timely basis.
2. Participate in administration of our knowledge-based Support system, including publishing content to our AI powered tools for use across all our support channels.
3. Assist delivering digital self-serve initiatives by creating and helping to build and participate in our client community.
4 Participate in Software Development Lifecycle of support and community portals, and other tooling. This may include, but not be limited to, writing specifications and participating in QA process.
5. Document and convey information in an appropriate manner to support our multi-channel support offerings. Channels include our AI powered community, knowledgebase, video, ticketing system, web meetings, and telephone support.
6. Managing a workload of support incidents of increased complexity on a timely basis.

Qualifications:
Education:
  • Bachelor's degree in Information Systems or similar field of study/experience preferred.


Required Experience:
  • Minimum of five years' related work experience in healthcare and/or information systems.
  • Healthcare experience.


Technical Competencies:
  • Demonstrated ability to write clearly and concisely
  • Microsoft Office Suite.
  • Previous experience utilizing databases/online systems preferred (SQL, Microsoft, Sybase, Oracle).


Behavioral Competencies:
  • Must possess good analytical and problem solving skills.
  • Organization Skills.
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills.

Salary and Other Compensation:
The annual salary for this position is between $80K-$110K depending on experience and other qualifications of the successful candidate.
This position is also eligible for Cognizant's discretionary annual incentive program, based on performance and subject to the terms of Cognizant's applicable plans.
