This position is business focused on Product Creation Operations and is responsible for providing ongoing support of processes and operations for the Apparel and Footwear divisions.

This position will require collaboration with key members of Merchandising, Design, Product Graphics, Product Engineering, Sourcing, Costing, Marketing Graphics, Quality, Legal, Master Data and support organizations.

This position will maintain operational standards, support global processes and monitor and ensure deadlines and data integrity is met for Columbia Sportswear.

Responsibilities: Master Data Auditing for all divisions PDM data overrides for all divisions Role may involve systems testing for enhancements System and process training prep support and rollout to New Hires and training for current team members for any new system functionality or processes

Facilitates legal naming approvals for the COL Merchandising team

Facilitates the seasonal hangtag process with the Marketing Graphics team and Merchandising

Maintains seasonal tools and templates used across Product Creation including Regional Briefs, Product Briefs, Waypoints, etc.

Supports data cleansing projects to ensure systems data integrity Work on special projects, assignments and tasks as assigned

Specific Job Skills:

Accurate and efficient with strong attention to detail

Ability to solve practical problems and deal with a variety of concrete variables in situations where only limited standardization exists.

Proven ability to prioritize with appropriate urgency.

Foundational understanding of Product Creation processes related to Design, Merchandising and Product Development.

Detailed knowledge PDM process steps related to line/style creation and maintenance.

Advanced knowledge and proficiency with Excel, PDM (or similar scale PLM), TM1, master data, Illustrator, InDesign, SAP (or similar scale ERP)

Ability to work collaboratively with internal and external customers.

Excellent interpersonal, written, and verbal communication skills
