Department OverviewThe Global Procurement Organization provides the resources, processes, governance, systems and controls for acquiring goods and services efficiently, effectively and ethically from a diverse supply base that provides Motorola Solutions a competitive advantage on cost, quality, technology, service and delivery.
The Product Procurement Organization is responsible for the acquisition of all Hardware, Software and Supply Chain Services required for Motorola to design, build and distribute Radio and Accessory products.
The Global Procurement team is evolving from more traditional sourcing and procurement goals by looking beyond simple cost savings and creating value for the corporation by improving product profitability, increasing supplier collaboration and leveraging supplier roadmaps to bring new solutions to our business partners.

Job Description
In this role you will:
Demonstrate cross-functional team leadership, working closely with Product Management, Product Design, Technical and Business Development to achieve results.
Manage complex, strategic sourcing projects.
Identify cost savings through negotiations, event driven activities, and alternate sourcing.
Lead supplier negotiations within a framework of a strategic contractual relationship, managing non-disclosure and corporate supplier agreements.
Be responsible for inventing and implementing operations and supply process improvements, automation, and best practices to support growth and scale with Global reach.
Be responsible for interfacing with Supply Chain and improving decisions regarding forecasting, sourcing, compliance, quality, and contracting.
Monitor current commodity market conditions to identify potential supply challenges and develop a supply continuity plan.
Skills
Proven managerial and negotiation skills.
Industry experience in electronics manufacturing or similar, particularly in the semiconductor space.
Leading complex end to end RF(x) process.
Advanced Excel skills: Pivot, Macros, Data Analysis.
Basic Requirements
8 years of Professional experience.
Bachelor Degree in business, supply chain, finance, technology, or related field and 5 years' experience in procurement strategy or contract management.
