Gopuff’s Procurement team is rapidly expanding and is seeking a transformational Procurement leader to join the team! This is an exciting opportunity to join the Gopuff team and lead efforts to build, implement, and manage Source to Pay (S2P) strategy, systems, and processes. This role is high impact and high visibility to positively impact the entire business and supplier experience. 

The Procure to Pay Senior Manager will be responsible for all procurement processes and systems from identification of a need to issuance of payment. This leader will build trust with stakeholders across the company to develop simple and efficient procurement process and policy. Oversight and management of the Accounts Payable and Procurement Operations teams is a key component of the role, while leading procurement transformational initiatives.

Responsibilities:

• Technology Enablement: Build the procurement foundation by defining S2P requirements, develop innovative solutions, select optimal technology partners, and lead deployment and change management efforts
• Operational Processes: Collaborate with internal stakeholders to understand current procurement landscape and define ideal future state. Provide stakeholders with industry knowledge and procurement best practices to lead design of a solution that efficiently scales with Gopuff’s hyper growth globally
• Deployment: Lead implementation and change management activities associated with the roll-out of the global S2P program. Partner with internal customers and suppliers to ensure adoption and compliance
• Success Criteria: Develop KPIs and mechanisms to measure success - drive data-based decision making within the Procurement organization
• Continuous Improvement: Own the S2P program roadmap to incorporate projects that enable Procurement to continuously meet the needs of a dynamic business
• Talent Development: Manage, motivate, and guide the Accounts Payable and Procurement Operations teams providing oversight of the day-to-day activities, while improving the efficiency and effectiveness of the team 

Qualifications:

• Experience leading procurement transformation projects 
• 10+ years of procurement experience
• Strong executive presence with advance relationship-building and interpersonal skills
• Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, ambiguous environment
• Willingness to dive deep into chaos and develop solutions to simplify
• Strong multi-tasking and organizational skills with a high level of attention to detail
