The Private Placement Operations Associate will be responsible for operational administrative support. This will include creating private placement materials, management of Member Firm portal, assisting operations with fund management & administration, salesforce reporting management, produce training materials, and communications.

RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Support the team with PPLI content creation, brochure updates and Member Firm educational materials
  • Collecting and organizing information from various sources like computer data and sales histories
  • Support the team's efforts by handling, filing and updating frequently used folders, materials for New Business
  • Maintain and Track new and old funds using Salesforce
  • Upload all new factsheets monthly and quarterly to Member Firm Portal
  • Maintain fund list options from carriers and upload to site
  • Maintain and follow up with carriers on when fund prices will be loaded
  • Maintain and confirm prices are loaded for correct month using daily fund pricing file
  • Monitor internal and external requests for accuracy and timeliness
  • Periodically draft professional correspondence to vendors, fund managers and administrators, Member Firms, insurance carriers, and internal teams
  • Assist with invoicing and budget items
  • Assist with additional projects and duties as assigned

QUALIFICATIONS

  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent combination of education and experience
  • Experience with Salesforce or other CRM system a plus
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Proactive qualities with the willingness to learn
  • Accuracy and attention to detail are critical for success
  • Strong interpersonal skills to effectively communicate and build relationships with team members
  • Able to work, both independently as well as a member of a team
  • Working knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite

  • Hybrid work environment offering a blend of virtual/work from home and onsite days designed to support flexibility
  • Normal office environment/desk assignment
  • Extensive use of PC's, computer terminal, display, keyboard, and mouse
  • Extensive hands on work with documents, spreadsheets and other written documents
