Privacy Specialist, Operations
Summary
The Specialist - Privacy is responsible to assist the Chief Privacy Officer with the Company's global privacy programs. The successful individual will support the Legal and Compliance Department's mission of delivering best-in-class services efficiently, timely and cost-effectively.
What You'll Do

  • Assist with projects to include privacy and data protection, data security, COPPA, self-regulatory privacy frameworks, privacy by design, and privacy shield frameworks
  • Assist with the identification, implementation, and maintenance of privacy policies and procedures to include internal user data access, sharing, and handling requests
  • Review privacy terms in commercial contracts and data protection addendums
  • Draft external privacy notices and disclosures, and monitor internal policies and procedures to ensure compliance
  • Review games, events, and new product features for privacy implications
  • Assist in the development and enhancement of existing global privacy program to include privacy operations and documentation, training, policy enforcement, privacy compliance program monitoring, and auditing; and third-party risk assessments
  • Assist with the creation, implementation, and modification of global privacy policies and procedures
  • Assist with design and delivery of cross-channel educational presentations and tools relevant to global privacy issues


What We're Looking For

  • Minimum 3 years' experience in data protection, privacy, cybersecurity, regulatory compliance, or a related field
  • CIPP/US, CIPP/T or other privacy or cybersecurity or other applicable certification or advanced education preferred
  • Working knowledge of the US and international privacy law, including GDPR, CCPA, COPPA, online behavioral advertising principles, state data protection, and breach notification laws
  • Self-motivated and efficient, with good business judgment and analytical skills
  • Ability to efficiently manage a large workload and react promptly to multiple deadlines while meeting personal and team key performance objectives
  • Ability to work independently
  • Must maintain a professional demeanor
  • Excellent written and oral communication skills
  • Detail-oriented and organized
  • Intermediate Microsoft Office, Word, Excel, DocuSign, and Adobe Professional skills
  • Ability to work autonomously as well as cross-functionally with other teams and to influence and build effective working relationships with individuals at all levels of the organization
  • Strong project management skills
  • Ability to work in a dynamic, fast-paced, metric-driven environment and adapt quickly to changing priorities
