The Challenge
Our Industry Practice team is seeking a Sr. Principal, Value Strategy Advisor to advise our most strategic customers on the value of Experience Management. This leader will develop a new consultative approach to support strategic customers on their XM transformation journey and unlock value from their programs. This is a pivotal role at Qualtrics that is at the cutting edge of strategy and innovation to drive sustainable business growth.
The Sr. Principal, Value Strategy Advisor is responsible for developing new consultative approaches to advise customers on their XM transformations and accelerate their ability to deliver financial and operational benefits. This individual will work closely with client executives and leaders to articulate XM strategies, define operating models, and architect solutions to achieve desired strategic objectives. This strategist will influence and shape customers’ transformation journeys, enabling them to deliver superior experiences to their customers and employees powered by the Qualtrics XM platform. This is done by co-creating compelling customer cases – from building a vision of running the business in new ways, to demonstrating the value of it.
The Expectation for Success
- 10+ years of experience in a strategy or management consulting
- Master’s degree in Business, Finance, or related field
- Strong acumen for delivering strategic customer engagement
- Ability to develop new innovative service offerings
- Experience managing large teams and multiple stakeholders
- Experience complex financial and operational data analysis
- Experience in developing and delivering executive style presentations
- Experience in taking an objective, data-driven approach to solving complex problems
- Effective and persuasive communication, driving consensus executive stakeholder
