Job Description
The primary responsibility of this position is to function as the First level support for ROC support technicians and various outside vendors. This involves coordinating activities with multiple resources such as Photo, Minute Clinic, Pharmacy, equipment vendors and numerous contracting companies, cabling vendors and other CVS departments.
Required Qualifications
2+ years of troubleshooting experience
1+ years of call center experience
1 + years of experience working with Microsoft programs

Preferred Qualifications• Technical Certifications (Network +, Cisco, A+)• Technical Degree• Technical installation experience• Able to work well independently and also as part of a group• Flexible regarding work schedule, with the ability to adjust to business needs• Clear, accurate and tactful communication is a must, both verbally and written• Working knowledge of Word, Excel and Access• Understanding of advanced technical terminology and acumen for problem solving• Strong attention to detail, are essential• Demonstrated ability to problem-solve and apply critical thinking
Education
Verifiable High School Diploma or GED is required
