Responsible for managing a team to define and implement collections operations strategy and systems enhancements. This includes quality testing new functionality, regression testing existing functionality, problem solving issues, and driving the future strategic growth of various collection strategies.
Responsibilities
Partners with Collections and Operations to minimize collections losses for loans, including customer segmentation and other targeted strategies. Provides world-class customer service for these internal business partners.
Defines and implements strategies to improve operational efficiencies for the field collections teams.
Assists field operations with migration to new manual dialing platform.
Develops strategic capabilities by prioritizing and managing work with Business Technology business partners to deliver platform enhancements that ensure near- and long-term success for Collections. Includes business ownership for the Collection Agent user interface, and the collection account Inventory Management System.
Enhances the customer experience through Operational Strategies, enhanced customer communication, and by designing and delivering payment programs to financially distressed loan customers.
Manages the team responsible for designing and implementing Loan collection strategies. Implements effective risk management and controls and support internal and external audit requests.
Minimum Qualifications

Bachelor's Degree
8+ years of experience
