RESPONSIBILITIES

• Working with our client's technology leaders, enable their organizations to positively affect business outcomes by applying a holistic people, process, technology and data mindset to solve business alignment, strategic and tactical challenges. You'll provide end-to-end services while helping clients align business and technology by selling and delivering
• Strategies - Architect and lead hybrid client/EPAM teams responsible for the IT & Technology strategic planning process, ensuring alignment to business strategies, bringing customer, product, team member, technology and data perspectives and while ensuring its ability to be implemented
• Target Operating Models - Architect and lead hybrid client/EPAM teams responsible for the creation of IT & Technology Target Operating Models, aligning them to the strategy and ensuring people, process, technology and data dimensions are appropriately addressed
• Enterprise Architecture - Lead hybrid client/EPAM teams in architecting and executing Enterprise Architecture initiatives including strategies, assessments, solutioning, and implementation
• Promoting CIO & Technology - Establish trusted advisor status by proactively capitalizing on opportunities to deepen client relationships. Initiate and maintain strong working relationships with EPAM sales leadership, account management and delivery teams
• Practice Growth - Proactively expand existing and develop new expertise within the practice, remain up to date on news, best practices and trends across the relevant business and technology solutions that will contribute or drive our customers' IT & Technology strategy and tactics

REQUIREMENTS

• Minimum of 15 years of progressive responsibility and career growth in a technology consulting environment
• Technology Thought Leadership - Ability to create point of views on recent and emerging business and technology trends. Hands-on experience leading development of IT and technology organization strategies and operating models. Knowledge and application of common frameworks and methods such as TOGAF, Zachmann ITIL V4, Agile\\SAFe, or NIST
• Transformation Leadership - Ability to lead and deliver complex technology transformation programs from concept to implementation with a good grasp of the expectations of and challenges faced by our client's technology leaders daily
• Enterprise Architecture Solutioning and Organizational Change Management Experience - Strong analytical skills with demonstratable experience architecting People, Process and Technology strategies and solutions across multiple domains based on client needs. Experience applying structured organizational change management approaches across all facets of technology-related change
• Business Acumen - Passion and experience applying emerging technologies to generate new business opportunities and address modern business challenges
• Experience leading and growing teams either within an organization as a Consultant and/or Internal IT Leader
• Willingness to travel up to 50%
• Bachelor's degree or higher
