You will collaborate with stakeholders to deliver integrated, streamlined processes and tools that provide business insights in our Enterprise Resource Planning (ERP) and Human Capital Management (HCM) systems. You should be a bold thinker with deep Oracle Fusion Cloud expertise and a desire to leverage the platform to improve our usersâ' experience. You will perform a key role in shaping Intelsat innovation and transformation for years to come.
Are you up to the challenge?

  • Enhance key processes across business units and facilitate the organization to use Oracle Cloud to the fullest potential
  • Drive consensus with key leaders throughout the company to improve cross-functional processes and procedures
  • Translate business needs to Oracle cloud features
  • Develop prototypes, mockups, and diagrams to evaluate approaches and secure end-user adoption
  • Develop, curate, and execute enhancements roadmap with a focus on streamlining sales processes and providing business insights with the data
  • Coordinate with all user groups and other projects to ensure proper prioritization and awareness
  • Own adoption/education plan for project rollouts
  • Create training materials and deliver training to key stakeholders and super users
  • Lead/coordinate user acceptance testing (UAT)
  • Stay current on the latest tools, strategies, and trends in the Oracle Cloud ecosystem
  • Develop an understanding of other related systems like Salesforce and ServiceNow to make recommendations for company-wide system integration and process improvements


You should definitely have:

  • 4-year degree from an accredited university in Computer Science, Engineering, Finance or related field
  • Minimum of 3 years of relevant experience, including specific experience leading cross-departmental change projects and direct hands-on experience with Fusion Cloud platform to maximize its potential
  • Minimum of 5 years of relevant experience, including specific experience leading cross-departmental change projects and direct hands-on experience with Oracle E-Business Suite
  • Equivalent combination of education and work experience will be considered
  • Ability to precisely describe business problems and process/data gaps, as well as the trade-offs of competing solutions
  • Excellent interpersonal skills with the ability to educate and influence audiences from C-suite executives to end users including technical and non-technical roles
  • Experience collaborating with business leaders to understand business changes and define a roadmap of needed enhancements
  • Ability to drive decision/actions in cross-functional settings and manage competing priorities
  • Ability to evaluate Oracle cloud configuration to understand existing behavior and make suggestions for improvements

  • Advanced degree
  • Certification in any area of Oracle Financials Cloud
