WHAT YOU'LL DO

• Deliver Value for EPAM Clients
• Clearly understand client's business vision and strategy, goals, objectives and develop the technology strategy to deliver
• Lead a large-scale, multi-year, multi-discipline, technology engagement, owning the end-to-end delivery from concept to fully operational
• Enable client technology leaders to positively affect business outcomes by applying a holistic people, process and technology mindset to business alignment, technology strategy and tactics
• Establish trusted advisor status by proactively capitalizing on opportunities to deepen client relationships and deliver value
• Partner Globally
• EPAM has practices and locations throughout North America, EMEA and APAC. Proactively and effectively partner with global, multi-functional, integrated teams to support our clients from defining enterprise-wide strategies to deploying fully operational capabilities

REQUIREMENTS

• Consulting Leadership - Proven experience leading and growing consultative and technology teams, with an extensive background reporting to a Board and C-level
• Technology Thought Leadership - Ability to create point of views on recent and emerging business and technology trends
• Transformation Leadership - Ability to lead and deliver complex technology transformation programs from concept to implementation with a good grasp of the expectations of and challenges faced by our client's technology leaders daily
• Business Acumen - Passion and experience applying emerging technologies to generate new business opportunities and address modern business challenges
• IT Organizational design and solutioning - Strong analytical skills with demonstratable experience architecting People, Process and Technology solutions across multiple IT domains; specifically leading and building IT organizations in a startup/Greenfields environment
• Proven ability to lead large complex programs and portfolios
• Experience leading and growing teams either within an organization as a Consultant and/or Internal IT Leader
• Knowledge and application of common frameworks and methods such as ITIL V4, Agile\\SAFe, NIST, or other, data governance etc
• Passion for continuous learning, holding a bachelor's degree or higher
• Minimum of fifteen years of progressive responsibility and career growth in a technology consulting environment
• Minimum of five years leading the technology organization for private equity- or venture finance-backed startup and rapidly expanding companies
