  • Collaborate with engineering and business teams to collect new product demand.
    • Enter all demand into the demand tool system for tracking and execution.
    • Ensure specific product requirements are understood and documented in the system.
  • Ensure planned kitting dates are aligned with earliest wafer supply, raw material and manufacturing capacity.
  • Ensure raw materials and silicon supply is planned and available to meet customer commit dates.
  • Manage Samples Planning Review (SPR) meeting to align with business partners on demand collection, proper product definition and alignment with project milestones.
  • Ensure all metrics remain above target. Including: On-Time-Delivery (OTD), CommittedOrders, Busines Process-Solve, NonAgedWafers, SupplySiteAccuracy, etc.
  • Monitor and validate Master Data (product specific data that allows it to flow through all Micron systems) for both products and bill of materials for completeness and accuracy.
  • Validate information required to generate an accurate product supply response, including yields, cycle time, site loading, capacity boundary conditions, etc.
  • Confirm manufacturing teams reserve capacity and purchase direct materials to support new product needs.
  • Bring awareness of supply shortages and capacity constraints to appropriate stakeholders.
  • Resolve supply gaps where possible by working with appropriate product owners through established processes.
  • As product becomes ready for high volume manufacturing (HVM), complete all tasks required to hand the product off to HVM planning teams.
