Platform Technology Lead, Business Technology, YouTube
Minimum qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent practical experience.
- 5 years of experience in product or systems development/administration for support operations or customer/enterprise CRM support environments.
Preferred qualifications:
- Experience with SQL, database engineering, scripting, C , Java, and other languages that construct and parse messages.
- Knowledge of user experience principles and a user-oriented approach to problems.
- Ability to build relationships with business and engineering stakeholders, and be data-driven and analytical.
- Ability to deepen technical and functional skills in an ever-changing, cross-platform environment.
- Excellent written and spoken communication skills.
- Passion for learning and development.

As a Platform Technology Lead, you'll manage the capabilities of our core systems that power the YouTube support experience for automation and efficiency. You will be the trusted subject matter expert to manage and maintain the overall support ecosystem through technical expertise and consultation for system administration. You'll work with cross-functional teams to resolve requests and help manage the YouTube support experience and operations.

Responsibilities
- Partner with business teams to understand and resolve their support infrastructure and configuration needs.
- Deliver the implementation logic, configuration, testing, maintenance, and troubleshooting of YouTube support infrastructure, and manage systems and data integrity for scale.
- Drive improvement to the support administration infrastructure through documentation, new processes, feature advocacy, and automation.
- Ensure transparency around systems development/configuration, providing key information to communicate and educate the business on capabilities and opportunities.
