Apple Wallet, Payments, and Commerce is a rapidly growing team behind the Apple Pay platform available across more than 60 markets while expanding into transit, access, identity, merchant and financial services solutions.

We are seeking a Platform Support Manager to support operational work streams related to launching and sustaining Apple Wallet programs globally with our partners. The team needs a thoughtful, self-motivated, driven leader who is comfortable working in an exciting, fast-paced environment and managing and growing a team. Previous team management experience is highly desirable.

This full-time role is located in Raleigh, NC or Austin, TX.

Key Qualifications
Excellent verbal and written communication skills with the ability to communicate at all organizational levels.

Validated experience coordinating external partner communications with an ability to quickly establish trust and credibility?

Able to operate autonomously and push through ambiguity to drill down to actions and solutions

We are looking for a high level of integrity, passion in providing this vital service to the platform and sense of urgency to "make things happen".

Description
Support global work streams with internal and external partners in the areas of platform health and support - bug tracking, reporting/analytics, physical test assets, product launch monitoring.

Engage with cross-functional teams (IE: Business Development, PR, Site Reliability Engineering, Server, AppleCare, Analytics & Reporting, etc.) to facilitate the program.

Work side by side with partners to develop, streamline and optimize processes during launch and continue to implement post-launch.

Influence decisions and organizational change through collaboration, leadership and customer/partner-focused approach.

Solid ability to lead, mentor, grow and develop a team.

Education & Experience
Bachelor's degree or 5 years equivalent experience desirable, preferably in operations and resource management.
