Job Description

The Planning & Logistics Coordinator will support the Business Operations team in planning and coordinating end-to-end supply flow of existing and new Butterfly products. Your job will be to make sense of the various data streams related to demand and supply; you will create data models, charts, and graphs to develop new insights and to make existing insights more user-friendly.

The data you analyze will enable Butterfly to manage and solve exceptions, highlight supply and operational risks, and improve processes and visibility along the way. You'll serve as an analytics expert for Global Planning, using numbers to enable better decision making.

Domain experience is not required, only your skills in data analysis and visualization. Through your day-to-day work, you will learn the ins-and-outs of business operations and supply chain management

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent practical experience.
• Self-identify as an excel/Google Sheets/SQL wizard
• Act as a self-starter and team player and hold a customer-first mindset
• Strong attention to detail
• Desire to work in a startup environment that is constantly changing and frequently ambiguous

Responsibilities

• Conduct data analysis to support business decisions (e.g. cost-benefit, forecasting, impact analysis).
• Create visual displays of quantitative information.
• Develop and automate reports and prototype dashboards
