The ezCater Photo Team is responsible for managing all photo content across the ezCater platform, maintaining, editing, and producing images for our 80,000+ restaurant partners. We’re a group of foodies who know our way around a camera, are customer-obsessed, and know how to make a ham sandwich look like a star. We’re dedicated to working with our restaurant partners to make it as easy as possible to add high-quality photos to their ezCater menu.

It’s the job of our Photo Curation Specialist to support the photo needs of a wide range of brands - from mom & pop indies to national enterprise chains. In this role you’ll answer photo-related questions from our partners, you’ll source, edit, and upload photos (while keeping our standards and guidelines top of mind!) and you’ll help us expand our collection of gorgeous menu photos, either by scheduling photoshoots in our CRM or heading to the restaurant to shoot them yourself.

As a Photo Curation Specialist, you will:

• Manage & curate: You’ll be responsible for managing ezCater’s photo content and ensuring it fits our menus’ helpful, clean style.
• Consult: You’ll be a go-to for our partners, whether they have questions about standards or scheduling a shoot.
• Support: You’ll complete photo-related support ticket management, phone calls, and email management.
• Style Food & Photograph: You will be responsible for shooting menu item photos locally and traveling to help us build out our ezCater photo supply.
• Edit Photos: Whether our photos or photos a partner sent that need a bit of tweaking, you’ll be tasked with cleaning up crumbs and brightening images.
• Collaborate: You’ll work with a variety of internal teams who facilitate onboarding and maintenance for our restaurant partners.

To succeed as a Photo Curation Specialist, you need to be:

• A master behind the lens: You can’t wait to tell us about your camera collection and know how to make images pop in tricky indoor lighting situations.
• Passionate about food photography: You spend hours admiring food Instagram accounts and when visiting restaurants you can’t help but get a few shots in.
• Detail-oriented: We’ll rely on you to catch small imperfections and correct them - experience with Photoshop & Lightroom required.
• Hungry for change: If something isn’t working, we fix it. And then we fix it again.
• Customer-success oriented: You focus on finding solutions for small questions as well as critical issues. Your empathy and emotional intelligence are off the charts!
• A circus-level juggler: You’re comfortable with a high-volume list of varied tasks and prioritizing them feels like second nature to you.
• Adaptable & Inquisitive: You’re a natural problem solver - constant change is your fuel and you thrive in ambiguous situations.
• A team player: You’ll work with teams across our department and will need to build relationships with internal stakeholders to ensure success for all parties.
• An audaciously helpful attitude: From serving our partners to helping your coworkers find a local restaurant to satisfy whatever craving we have after this morning’s photo upload, you take helpfulness to the next level.

Salary Range: $42,500 - $47,000
