THE ROLE: Personal Shopper Operations Administrator

WHAT YOU'LL ACCOMPLISH:

The Personal Shopper Operations Administrator role will use operational and organizational skills to support the Personal Shopper team. In this role, the admin will enable Rue Gilt Groupe to improve efficiency and drive sales by contributing to strategic initiatives. The Personal Shopper Operations Admin will report to and work closely with the Personal Shopper Manager on all operational needs. A successful candidate will demonstrate strong organizational, problem solving and critical thinking skills. Some marketing experience is a plus! 

PRIMARY RESPONSIBILITIES:

  • Responsible for all Personal Shopper client book needs; partner with manager to support planning of new client request needs (capacity planning). 
  • Own execution processes related to new members being added to client books; client upload process in Spyder and Stylist application
  • Support team in client book organization through; tools, maintenance, reporting and tracking. Working closely with core team to determine needs and best processes 
  • Build and submit all creative briefs. Partner with core Personal Shopper team and Marketing to determine creative requests, messaging and client communication schedules. 
  • Create and maintain all style surveys needs that are used in the personal shopper business, including back in building of surveys in Tableau 
  • Own Personal Shopper boutique maintenance, creation, organization and tracking.
  • Partner with manager to provide relevant information on the Personal Shopper business in company business review decks, weekly, monthly and quarterly. 
  • Work with technology and other relevant department partners to troubleshoot Stylist Application and any other Personal Shopper tool issues.   
  • Independently own your work and projects and report updates out to your managers and key partners as necessary
  • Work cross functionally with internal teams including Marketing, Creative, Customer Service and Technology, to deliver on business objectives and needs 
  • Deliver on any ad hoc requests within the business 

THE RIGHT FIT:

  • 1-2 years experience as a operations coordinator or related role
  • Some basic marketing experience
  • Previous experience with Salesforce and execution of email sends to clients a plus! 
  • Strong problem identification and analytical skills
  • Effective oral and written communication skills
  • Highly proficient in Word, Excel, PowerPoint
  • Able to multi-task and independently drive their work daily
  • Experience in the retail industry is a plus Education: BA/BS degree in marketing, business, or other related fields.
