Job Description

Boulder/Denver Metro Area, Colorado

As Bonusly’s Office Coordinator, you will help ensure that Bonusly employees have everything they need to be successful, regardless of the office they work in - whether it be a home office or in one of our coworking hubs. From equipment ordering to planning and scheduling employee events to supporting our recruiting team - you’ll essentially be involved in all aspects of our business! While you will support employees from across the organization, you’ll be able to rely on your teammates within the People Ops team. We’re a small but mighty 💪 and very organized 🗄️team that ensures Bonuslians are engaged, supported, and productive. Join us!

What you’ll do

  • Keep our office running smoothly (currently: we’re not fully back in office, but we have some folks who are in on different days of the week)
  • Event planning (ex. Organizing our monthly After Hours events or supporting teams with organizing their team building activities)
  • Scheduling company wide meetings 
  • Assist employees with general office and HR related questions
  • Support People Ops team with some operation work and projects
  • Partner with our recruiting team to assist with things like interview scheduling, candidate communications, new employee hardware ordering, etc.

  • Have excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Enjoy being in the office at least 50% of the time
  • Have received the COVID-19 Vaccination - requirement for this role

Salary

  • Hourly range: $28.85 - $34.86 (Salary: $60,000 - $72,500)
  • Equity Range: 0.01% - 0.02%
