We will count on you to:

  • Complete mail merges, edit and proofread participant letters, and review election forms for 15-20 clients on a daily basis.
  • Maintain template and requirement documents to comply with company standards.
  • Maintain electronic file records.
  • Handle sensitive information.
  • Provide operational support with invoicing, auditing, expenses, weekly reports, coordinate training schedules, maintain distribution lists.
  • Coordinate large mailings, ordering supplies, work with vendors.
  • Exercise judgment and make decisions to promote smooth workflow for all client teams. Communicate with teams early and often about deadlines, challenges, and shifting priorities that may affect workflow.
  • Ability to work in an extremely fast-paced environment, manage multiple client tasks, be able to manage interruptions and shifting priorities.


What you need to have:

  • 2 years+ experience in an administrative or clerical role or related educational experience for an Administrative certificate or degree.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office, with demonstrated expertise in Word, Excel and PowerPoint, particularly merging and proper formatting of documents.
  • Exceptional interpersonal, business communication and time management skills.
  • Strong teamwork skills combined with the ability to work independently with minimal supervision.
  • Strong organizational skills and detail oriented.

The National US average range for this role is $38,400.00 - 57,600.00. The base pay offered will be determined on factors such as experience, skills, training, location, certifications & education. We do not anticipate candidates hired into this role would immediately earn a salary at or near the top end of the range however, such a decision will be dependent on a case by case basis.
