About the role:
The Partnership Management Manager is the leader of a team of individuals who are the single point of contact for our valuable ISV and VAR partners and assist in the professional development of direct reports through various means.
About the team:
This is a group of skilled individuals tasked with being effective liaisons to our external partners by knowing the strengths and abilities of the software we provide. Their skill sets spans multiple disciplines from: project management, customer service, critical thinking and more.
What you will be doing:

  • Identifies, creates and manages key-account/business relationships with select companies to develop solutions and/or create complementary products/services to produce sales opportunities.
  • Defines mutual goals and objectives and builds awareness and support of overall strategic benefits of the alliance.
  • Evangelizes company products in conjunction with recruiting key alliances/partnerships.
  • Works with direct reports in escalated situations to identify partner challenges, and then work to implement solutions.
  • Grow and develop the next generation of leaders at FIS through active engagement, guidance and constructive feedback
  • Establishes metrics to assess the sales impact of the solution(s) in the marketplace and the overall success of the alliance.
  • Monitors competitor activity in accounts and implements strategies to maintain account ownership and block competitor advancement.
  • Selects, develops and evaluates personnel to ensure the efficient operation of the function.

  • Willingness to help those around you succeed
