What You Will Do

We are seeking a Panel Fulfillment Analyst to join our team. Reporting to the Manager of Panel Fulfilment, the Panel Fulfillment Analyst will ensure data fulfillment projects are completed effectively, on-time and on-budget. You will work directly with customers, data suppliers, and internal teams at Alchemer. You will have a good understanding of the Alchemer application, and a background or interest in marketing, research, and statistics.

How You Will Spend Your Days

• Project manage customer's survey response fulfillment
• Ensure surveys are ready for fielding
• Understand the customer's needs and suggest creative strategies and efficiencies if applicable
• Use Salesforce to identify any misalignment between the customer's order and the survey project. Work with Sales to resolve prior to launch
• Launch a panel study within 2-3 hours of customer's go-ahead
• Utilize a third-party application to launch, monitor, and adjust sampling based on real-time observations and customer feedback
• Communicate progress with the customer on a regular basis
• Reconcile completed responses with the supplier in a timely manner

• Experience in the Alchemer platform, especially survey building, troubleshooting, and quotas
• Customer Service focus
• Project management skills

• Market Research experience or excitement
• Excellent time management skills
• You must be a thinker and a doer, willing to jump in wherever needed
• Skilled at working in a collaborative, cross-team capacity

Compensation for this position includes an annual base salary of $55,000 to $65,000, eligibility for an annual bonus, and participation in the Founder’s Pool program.
