Organizational Effectiveness Specialist, Mid

It's why we're looking for someone like you-an organizational transformation and change consultant who can identify long term goals and create the processes needed to achieve them.

This is an opportunity to create efficiency in the Military Health System. As an organizational transformation and change consultant, you'll use your expertise to help your team assess how alterations will impact business processes and develop appropriate and workable solutions. From unrealized potential to systemic challenges, your team will provide your client with a holistic view of their organization to transform their practices.

You Have:

  • 3+ years of experience in a professional work environment
  • Experience applying quantitative data and analysis to inform and improve the effectiveness of internal organizational systems, processes, workforces, or structures
  • Experience with strategic planning, performance measurement, organizational design, change management, business process re-engineering, lean six sigma, portfolio management, or knowledge management
  • Ability to obtain a security clearance
  • Bachelor's degree

Nice If You Have:

  • Experience effectively working with teams and building and maintaining a strong team dynamic
  • Experience producing client-ready products, optimizing business performance, and managing enterprise-level projects
  • Experience building and maintaining client relationships in a team-based government or management consulting environment
  • Experience facilitating in-person and virtual meetings with clients
  • Experience in the healthcare sector, clinical experience or background in healthcare delivery
  • Ability to think autonomously, take initiative, and be a self-starter and thrive in a fast-paced environment
  • Possession of excellent leadership, writing, critical thinking, analytical, and data management skills
  • Master's degree
  • Change Management Professional, Program Management, or Process Improvement Certification
