Job Title Organizational Effectiveness Manager

The Pokémon Company International (TPCI) is growing! We are seeking an Organization Effectiveness Manager to directly impact our fun, engaging and growing Pokémon team. You will bring your experience and creativity to this newly created role leading highly complex business design initiatives, partnering with leadership and executives along with People Team Centers of Excellence to ensure key outcomes are achieved.

What You’ll Do

  • Leverage your ability to build relationships and influence stakeholders at all levels partnering on organizational design and process transformations leveraging knowledge of people practices (talent acquisition, talent assessment, workforce transitions etc.).
  • Partner directly with leadership teams to transform team performance including designing, facilitating, and actively engaging in team transformations surprising and delighting colleagues.
  • Lead organizational design and redesign efforts of key strategic significance to the organization.
  • Provide consultative oversight to assigned projects which requires partnering with senior leaders in large business units/or multiple units to drive positive change.
  • Develop, embed and roll-out of OD methodologies, tools and templates at an enterprise level.
  • Evaluate and diagnose current states; identifying organizational change needs to enable transformation of strategy, structure, systems, and processes.
  • Creatively design and facilitate working sessions to achieve desired outcomes.
  • Support the execution of organizational effectiveness plans and actively measure the effectiveness of results.

What You’ll Bring

  • Master’s degree with 5 years’ experience in change management and organizational development OR Bachelor’s degree with 8 years’ experience in change management and organizational development
  • Experience leading cross-divisional, large-scale change management and organizational development initiatives
  • Experience in program design, needs assessment, performance measurement and evaluation
  • Project management skills and experience team, and consulting skills and experience working collaborative in a diverse work group
  • Consultative skills and negotiation skills
  • Ability to influence without authority
  • Verbal, written and interpersonal communications skills
  • Strong group facilitation prowess
  • Analytical skills including methodologies and development of tools
  • Additional pluses: Prosci or similar certifications, entertainment or similar industry experience, project management toolset

What to Expect

We offer a professional, fun and creative work environment. While we maintain a good balance between work and life, additional hours may be required at peak times or for specific initiatives. Travel between office locations internationally may be required on occasion, up to 20%.

The Pokémon Company International, a subsidiary of The Pokémon Company in Japan, manages the property outside of Asia and is responsible for brand management, licensing, marketing, the Pokémon Trading Card Game, the animated TV series, home entertainment, and the official Pokémon website.
