Basic Function

The Change Management Partner plays a key role in supporting successful and efficient organizational change ensuring people readiness with respect to changes in business culture, processes, systems and/or technology. The primary focus is on creating conditions for a smooth transition to changes, while maximizing employee engagement. Objective is to drive faster adoption, greater utilization and higher proficiency on the changes impacting employees in the organization to achieve the required business results. The person will be part of the Organizational Change Management team and will provide input into the overall end-to-end Project management processes.

Roles & Responsibilities

  • Establishes, documents, and drives scalable, world-class organizational change management processes, tools, and templates for use across the enterprise
  • Define and applies a structured change management approach and methodology for the people side on all projects and change efforts
  • Partners with communications, training, business stakeholders to create and deploy detailed organizational change management plans and activities to support project implementation and end user adoption
  • Identifies potential risks, anticipated points of resistance, and develop specific plans to mitigate or address the concerns
  • Demonstrates capacity of trusted organizational change management advisor and establishes trusted relationships across the enterprise
  • Uncovers and voices different perspectives of the change
  • Drives measurement systems to track implementation, adoption, utilization and proficiency of individual changes


Min. Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree or 7-10 of equivalent work experience;
  • Minimum of 7 years working in a professional corporate environment;
  • Minimum of 5 years working knowledge of change management processes, methods and best practices required;
  • Advanced experience and knowledge of change management principles and methodologies Familiarity with project management approaches, tools and phases of the project lifecycle;
  • Strong interpersonal, analytical, presentation and critical thinking skills;
  • Strong organizational and pre-planning skills;
  • Strategic thinking, leadership skills, ability to execute on strategy or plan;
  • Demonstrates ability to build relationships and interact with key stakeholder groups;
  • Ability to influence others and move toward a common goal or vision;
  • Ability to make decisions with long term implications;
  • Exceptional communication skills - both written and verbal;
  • Knowledge of organization's current technologies and practices;
  • Must be a team player and able to work with and through others;
  • Experience with large-scale organizational change effort;
  • Dealing with ambiguity, solutions-oriented.


Preferred Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree with a specialization in human resources management or related field preferred
  • Change Management Certification (i.e., Prosci, Association of Change Management Professionals (ACMP); APMG International)
  • Project Management Professional (PMP) certification
