This role requires a wide variety of strengths and capabilities, including:

• BS/BA degree or equivalent experience
• Seven plus years working with Oracle HCM cloud implementation and support
• Expertise in supporting cross functional Oracle HCM cloud modules - Core HR, NA Payroll with subject matter expertise in absence, and Ttme & labor.
• Experience with reporting, data migration, and Interface/Integration development using HDL, HCM Extract, BIP, and web services.
• Knowledge and technical skills in technical skills in Fast Formula, Extracts, ESS/MSS Personalization, HDL, HSDL, BIP and OTBI reports.
• Strategic thinking and passion for business strategy and business processes
• Experience in risk and risk control compliance
• Ability to work collaboratively in teams and develop meaningful relationships to achieve common goals
