On a daily basis, an Ops Support Specialist will be responsible for the following:

  • Handles the day-to-day incoming and outgoing UPS mail process.
  • Organize, sort and prepare mail for delivery.
  • Analyses and prioritizes own work activities to complete daily assignments.
  • Assists team members with resolution to problems.
  • Communicates with internal departments to ensure proper resolution of issues.
  • Ability to troubleshoot and make sound judgments.
  • Handles and/or assists in various projects related to the department and applies technical proficiency.
  • Able to get along well with others that fosters a great team environment.
  • Maintain high productivity and accuracy rates to meet our service level standards.
  • Accountable, Reliable and Dependable



Requirements:

  • 1 year+ prior banking experience
  • Ability to pay close attention to detail and able to work independently
  • Must be able to lift mail bins and supply boxes.
  • Strong Problem Solving and Decision making skills.
  • Highly effective communication (verbal & written) and analytical skills.
  • Ability to multi-task and prioritize job responsibilities.
  • Technical proficiency with Outlook, Microsoft Word, PowerPoint and Excel
  • Prior knowledge and/or experience with the following systems: UPS Worldship, BABO, CWS, Systematics, RSM, Sign Plus, EIC, and Salesforce a plus.
  • Desire to Succeed and Adapt to Changes



Education:

  • High School diploma, some college or equivalent experience
