Roles and Responsibilities

**HYBRID WORK FLEXIBILITY BUT BASED IN NYC**

The Specialty Beverages team is Wonder’s newest team, dedicated to alcohol delivery. The pilot version of alcohol delivery launched to Wonder in early November 2021; you are joining an exciting, impactful, challenging operation at its inception. As a Manager on the Specialty Beverages Strategy Team, you will define and measure our team’s success then work cross functionally, boots on the ground, to optimize our operation. Responsibilities include:

  • Define and measure success for the Specialty Beverages team through data analysis and reporting
  • Determine the operational factors that drive alcohol demand and optimize for them within the Specialty Beverages team and cross-functionally across all of Wonder
  • Create the Specialty Beverages operational strategy and SOPs
  • Own Specialty Beverages expansion strategy and help our operation scale
  • Own special, cross-functional operations projects for the Specialty Beverages team (product integrations, demand forecasting, hospitality operations projects – packaging, tableware, garnishes, etc.)

Qualifications

  • 4+ years’ experience in banking, consulting, or another high-performance analytical field. Must also have relevant experience in operations at a high-growth startup.
  • Experience working with and visualizing data to derive insights and develop tactical plans of action 
  • Demonstrated comfort working with ambiguity and uncertainty; pivoting and adjusting to new information quickly
  • Proven history of successfully spearheading complex projects involving multiple stakeholders and competing priorities
  • Must reside in the Greater NYC and NJ Area and be available to visit NJ facilities
