Job Summary:
As the Operations Special Projects Associate, you will play a pivotal role in the growth and success of Operations at Ruggable, focusing on the highest priority initiatives and projects. You will be a creative problem solver and data-driven thinker. Working across multiple Operations functions, including Manufacturing, Logistics, Sourcing, Procurement, Inventory Management, and Strategy, you will take ambiguous operational challenges from initial diagnosis to analysis to implementation. You will help us advance our Operations function as we usher Ruggable into the next stage of growth.
What You’ll Do:
- Lead and support a variety of mission-critical projects and initiatives within Operations
- Support new product launches and expansions into international markets
- Use data-driven models to create actionable insights that inform strategic decisions and operational improvements
- Build and maintain Operations tools, KPIs and dashboards to facilitate rapid decision-making
- Analyze Operations processes to identify efficiency gains and cost reduction opportunities
- Work cross-functionally with Marketing, Product, Operations, Finance and Legal, ensuring change management takes hold across the organization
- Create project management plans and tracking tools to ensure successful and timely completion
What You’ll Need to Have:
Required:
- 1-3+ years of professional experience working in consulting, investment banking, supply chain, logistics, or operations
- Track record of managing and/or supporting large projects from start to finish, including project management, problem solving, and delivering recommendations
- Experience conducting quantitative analysis to drive insights and results
- Excellent proficiency with spreadsheets and slides
- Enthusiasm towards working with diverse teams of internal and external stakeholders
- High attention to detail and ability to manage competing priorities simultaneously
- Exceptional verbal and written communication skills
Preferred:
- Previous experience working at a high-growth company
