Omni offers management of all major functions of supply chain/logistics, accounting/finance, sales and marketing and search engine optimization.

OeP is seeking a motivated, driven individual who would like to learn how to manage the organizations growing supply chain operations. The ideal candidate is highly organized, a self-starter, collaborative, and demonstrates a strong sense of ownership with the ability to prioritize.

Responsibilities

  • Execution of shipment processing and reconciliation on Amazon.
  • Maintain and optimize current product listings ensuring accurate customer facing information and content on all Fulfillment by Amazon items across multiple brands.
  • Prepare, analyze, and summarize sales and inventory data.
  • Devise creative and effective supply chain/shipping approaches, solutions, and proposals.
  • Collaborate with internal supply chain and accounting partners as well as external parties in daily maintenance of our supported brands.
  • Proactively communicates solution-based challenges and brand updates weekly.
  • Track KPIs and report on supply chain performance
  • Support Operations Specialists



Qualifications

  • At least 1-year experience in Supply Chain, Logistics Coordinator, Account Management, or similar role is preferred.
  • Familiarity with supply chain processes (e.g., Inventory planning, logistics, warehouse management)
  • Understanding of ecommerce and retail in a virtual environment is not necessary but preferred.
  • Tech Savvy
  • Abstract problem solver
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office, namely Excel
  • Excellent interpersonal, written, and oral communication skills
  • Able to travel if necessary.
  • Bachelor's Degree in Supply Chain, Economics, Business Analytics, Mathematics, or related field is preferred.
  • Willing to consider other candidates with adequate experience.
