  • Own projects from inception to implementation, turning ambiguous questions into clearly defined goals, developing project plans, managing stakeholder relationships to drive execution and implementation, measuring success, and producing quality reports and documentation.
  • Creatively leverage quantitative and qualitative insights in your data-driven approach to all project work, including setting ambitious but achievable goals, defining project strategy, getting buy-in from stakeholders, prioritizing deliverables, analyzing results, and communicating impact.
  • Become an expert of the experiences of our community (of both internal and external users) in order to identify challenges or pain points and action solutions through your own initiatives, or amplify their voices to other teams at the company who can up-level the CST by sharing skills and expertise with your teammates, informally or as a project mentor, and operating with an authentic focus on our core values.
  • Partner with teams from all around the company to deliver operational solutions or consult on community-impacting initiatives related to Analytics, Marketing, Product, Insurance, Risk, Partnerships, and more.
  • Navigate an ever-changing and quickly growing start-up environment where you’ll wear a lot of hats, develop structure and standardization, and extend beyond the responsibilities of a traditional project management role.

What We Need:

  • 2-4 years of experience in Operations Strategy OR Insurance Claims
  • Experience interpreting data to drive decisions and create strategies
  • Demonstrated ability to lead a decision from inception through implementation
  • Well-developed attention to detail and critical thinking skills
  • Ability to build and implement a wide range of creative solutions in a fast-paced environment
  • BA degree

Unstoppable Qualities
