Description
The Operations Manager provides support for all areas of the dealership. The core responsibilities must be completed in order for the other departments to work efficiently. The Office Manager is also responsible for being the key point of contact for the corporate office at the dealership and responsible for assisting in implementation of corporate policies and procedures.
Pay: Starts at $18 per hour.
The responsibilities include but are not limited to the following:
- Provide great customer service with phone and face-to-face interaction with customers
- Answer phones and assist customers with needs
- Process customer documentation
- Conduct automobile title processing
- Manage administrative tasks, including detailed and accurate filing and organization
- Set up auto payment
- Title Work
- Reconciliation of cash receipts for the location
- Enter service related information into the system
- Verify loans for our Finance Department
- Cashier/Cash handling duties as needed
- Ensure loan files is complete and correct
- Data entry involving insurance and references
- Scanning duties as needed
- Enter in policy and warranty information into the system
