Operations Manager
Manages and controls the work performed that provides DES Enterprise-wide IT services
Manages and controls the work performed DES applications and hardware support, and related IT services to support for the Defense Information Systems Agency (DISA) Defense Enclave Services (DES) team.
Serves as the single point of contact for all technical services provided under this task.
Manage staff, direct work activities, ensure high-quality of services, and lead key discussions from both business and technical perspectives.
Participates in special projects as required
REQUIRED QUALIFICATIONS: MA/MS (or equivalent experience), 10+ years of experience
Possesses a DoD 8570.01-m Approved Certification, Information Assurance Manager (IAM) Level II
Possess a minimum of five years of experience managing IT Enterprise Operations and managing/leading enterprise operations center staff performing Network Support, Server and Storage Operations and Administration, and DR requirements in an environment similar in size scope and complexity to the TO.
Possess a minimum of five years of experience supporting a geographically dispersed network infrastructure with multiple classification levels (e.g., NIPR, SIPR, JWICS).
Capable of obtaining Top Secret.
