Operations Manager
The Challenge:

That's why we need you, a skilled operations management specialist who can ensure success through careful analysis and effective communication.

On our team, you'll implement and maintain organizational programs in support of an industry leading professional certification program. You'll collaborate with program leadership to review resources, operations standards, and tactical planning using tools like MS Access, MS Excel, and regular interactions with SMEs, schedulers, customers, and project analysts. The real power of project management comes from communication to ensure the program achieves its goals and meets our quality standards. Work with us and ensure our client's program management office accomplishes its goals to maintain excellent customer experience, enhance processes to reduce risk of errors, and deliver value to the intelligence community and warfighters. This position is a hybrid role with a combination of working at a Booz Allen office or client site and working remotely.

You Have:
  • 7+ years of experience working in a professional environment
  • Experience with leading teams in a high operational tempo environment
  • Experience managing complex logistics and processes, sequencing activities, reviewing quality, and reporting on status
  • Experience with using databases to store and analyze large amounts of data
  • Experience with using MS Excel, including creating pivot tables and charts
  • Knowledge of project management and process analysis improvement
  • Ability to manage customer-facing teams to achieve strategic and tactical goals
  • Ability to design and refine processes and SOPs to reduce risk and increase efficiency
  • Active TS/SCI clearance; willingness to take a polygraph exam
  • Bachelor's degree
Nice If You Have:
  • Experience with customer service and call-center operations
  • Knowledge of credentialing, testing, learning, and training processes
  • Knowledge of Agile processes and project management
  • Possession of excellent written and oral communication skills
  • Project Management Professional (PMP) Certification
Clearance:

Applicants selected will be subject to a security investigation and may need to meet eligibility requirements for access to classified information; TS/SCI clearance is required.
