Description
This position is responsible to process account closures, resolve transaction discrepancies, and reconcile DDA's/GL's.
This position will be located at our Gateway office only
- Works independently to research exceptions that hit DDA/general ledger lines.
- Works in a team setting to accomplish the closure of DDA's/MMA's/CD's etc.
Basic Requirements:
- High School diploma or GED required.
- 2 or more years of banking experience
- Knowledge in basic accounting (debits and credits)
Preferred Requirements:
- Experience or demonstrated working knowledge of at least one of the following processes: Deposits, Cash Vault, or Settlements.
- Previous experience analyzing, researching and resolving transactional discrepancies.
- Reconciling GL entries.
- Strong communication skills.
- Demonstrated ability to multi-task effectively and be a self-starter
- Have worked with Microsoft Office Applications - Excel, Word, Passport, Accurate NXG, OneNote, etc.
