Segra is searching for a dynamic and experienced Operations Coordinator to work in Columbia or Charleston, SC or Charlotte or Raleigh, NC.

This Operations Coordinator provides daily support functions for the Fiber Construction organization. The Operations Coordinator carries out processes are that established, documented and consistent across all areas. Position works closely with the entire Fiber Construction department, Project Management and Accounting department.
  • Performs daily entry of new projects and assigns to Engineer.
  • Performs initial project review and provides detail to engineering for review and processing.
  • Document generation of all engineering paperwork, including Site Surveys and Detailed Estimates.
  • Maintain multiple aspects of invoices and payment processing including, requisition requests and invoice coding.
  • Request additional capital for projects as needed.
  • Prepare Variance request for submittal and by gathering actual job cost when needed.
  • Create Move Order to request project materials.
  • Point of Contact when Engineers are not available.
  • Responsible for creating new EWO's, tracking, and ensuring proper approvals are in place through our fiscal policy and updating systems accordingly.
  • Detailed tracking and completing to ensure proper records are maintained and reported on monthly.
  • Work task and order flow management and reporting.
  • Assist in any extra projects at the request of management.

  • Education: College Degree Preferred - Associates degree in related field
  • Experience: Minimum 2 years of relative experience. Customer Service and Record Keeping Experience preferred. Strong computer skills with emphasis in Word and Excel
  • Key Competencies: Focus on superior customer service. Must have the ability to work independently and effectively in a fast-paced environment. Must exhibit honesty, integrity in all interactions. Must possess strong work ethic in supporting customer needs, responding promptly and consistently.
