Position Summary:
The primary purpose of this position is to work directly with our vendors in ensuring they remain compliant with Sirius' policies and procedures, and also ensuring that Sirius has an accurate inventory of employees that have met vendor certification requirements.
Primary Duties & Responsibilities
- Engage with subcontractors for Certificate of Insurance & training compliance
- Complete vendor and client onboarding forms and documentation
- Communicate with vendors to verify accurate ACH and remittance information
- Assists with keeping Sirius' employee vendor certifications up to date
- Creates subcontractor and partner contracts, as needed
Basic Qualifications
- Associate's degree in Business, Accounting, Finance or a related field
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office products

- Demonstrated time management skills and ability to handle multiple priorities
Preferred Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Accounting, Finance, or a related field
Data Privacy and Security:
- All Sirius employees are responsible to safeguard the information and information systems that they use or handle in the execution of their duties. Employees are obligated to know and perform their duties in accordance with Sirius policies, standards, and procedures related to security and report security violations to the appropriate Sirius authority.
- Participate at hire and annually in the Information Security Awareness training as well as other required training identified by the Human Resources department. Other data privacy and data security related regulatory training may be required based on your role or assignment
