About the role

We’re looking for a problem solver and task executor to join our team.  This person will sit in our headquarter office with our two founders.  They’ll be responsible for sourcing amazing talent, managing the office, planning events, along with other operational projects.

What you’ll do for us

• Source candidates for multiple different types of roles (GTM, Tech, Finance)
• Coordinate interviews with candidates
• Assist with onboarding new hires
• Assist with planning and set up for team events
• Manage software tools for the company
• Manage the office - coordinate vendors and greet visitors
• Additional operational projects as they come up

What will set you apart

• Strong attention to detail and ability to multitask
• Working knowledge of social media (specifically LinkedIn, Github and other talent sites)
• Previous startup experience
• Effective verbal and written communication skills
• Previous experience in hospitality or customer service role
