Description: Our client is currently seeking a Operations Admin Specialist - Junior (1-2 years)

The Client Service Associate is responsible for processing client initiated service requests that are received via email, phone calls and other internal applications. These requests are primarily requests to link and/or delink specific employee accounts that are associated with the firm?s
Master Account(s). In addition, the Client Service Associate will be acquire the knowledge to assist in handling the team?s incoming client phone queue and escalate issues as appropriate, which typically include: researching transaction or holding inquiries, general DBS product information and data feeds, assisting new clients through the onboarding process, and other duties as assigned.

This job will have the following responsibilities:

  • Fulfilling account linking/delinking requests via various systems
  • Assist team members on daily MyDB and MyQ queue as needed to meet corporate Service Level Agreements
  • Daily processing of Validation Mismatch and Indexing in ADDLink 2.0
  • Sorting and preparation of daily inbound work to applicable queues for processing
  • Working with internal/external clients to provide an exceptional client experience
  • Identify inefficiency in workflow and provide solutions to address and effectively promote at meetings
  • Establish clear points of contact for one-stop resolution and for ongoing support and escalations
  • Promotes a positive team environment and can be relied upon in uncertain times
  • Other responsibilities as determined by and agreed with leadership

Qualifications & Requirements:
Technical/Functional Qualifications:

Commitment to delivering a high quality client service experience.

Strong organizational skills with the ability to stay focused on delivering results in a fast-paced environment.

Dedication to working in a team environment, which involves regular communication with the onsite team members and others within Compliance Solutions (in remote locations).

Self-starter with the ability to take instruction and workflow on a daily basis and complete their assigned tasks in the time allotted.

High commitment to delivering a quality work product, following prescribed procedures, and escalating issues as appropriate.

Strong computer skills with the ability to work on multiple platforms simultaneously. Software skills include proficiency in Excel, Word, and PowerPoint.

Outstanding verbal and written communication skills.
