Title: Operations Admin Specialist - Junior
Location: Phoenix, AZ (Hybrid)
Duration: 1+ Year's
Description:
- Assists with the processing of trade allocations, account moves, cancellation and rebilling of trades, researching and resolving inventory breaks and trade errors.
- Also answers client phone calls and assists clients with operational and administrative requests.
- Experience with trading and settlement operations and back office operations is desirable as is knowledge of allocation processes and systems.
- Series 7 licensing required, with Series 9/10 licensing being highly desirable.
- Service-oriented with a high degree of professionalism, experienced with MS-Word, Excel and Outlook.
- Ability to multi-task, complete work in a timely, accurate and thorough manner within a collaborative team environment is critical.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
