The Red Hat Finance and Accounting Operations team within the Global Process Excellence team is looking for a OneStream Business Enablement Manager to join us in Raleigh, NC or remotely. In this role, you will provide exposure to global finance functions and systems used by a multinational company, reporting to the senior manager of Finance and Accounting Operations. You will manage a team consisting of associates responsible for the implementation and ongoing success of planning systems, data, and processes. You'll need to communicate and collaborate frequently with global stakeholders from several Finance teams to ensure that their planning requirements are well understood and effectively prioritized. You will create and maintain an enhancement prioritization framework as part of our OneStream roadmap with the goal of continuing the adoption and growth of the tool. Successful applicants must reside in a state where Red Hat is registered to do business.
What you will do

• Manage and prioritize backlog for new capability development and enhancements
• Partner with the IT and Global Modernization and Process Excellence teams to develop and deploy new capabilities and enhancements
• Develop and maintain a strategy and development roadmap for our planning system, OneStream, in collaboration with various internal stakeholder teams
• Obtain, analyze, and validate requirements for changes to roadmap, processes, policies, and systems
• Communicate changes to roadmap, processes, policies, and systems to stakeholder teams
• Lead efforts in gathering and prioritizing business requirements
• Manage development and implementation of training programs to engage and enable OneStream users
• Work with the global process owners and business delivery leaders to assess current financial management business capabilities
• Identify opportunities to enhance or develop new financial management business capabilities to enable better, more efficient business delivery
• Organize, prioritize, and maintain the overall product backlog from request intake to implementation
• Manage change management activities related to deploying new capabilities and enhancements
• Manage relationships with globally distributed teams of stakeholders in North America (NA), Europe, Asia, and Latin America (LATAM)

What you will bring

• Bachelor's degree in finance or a business related major
• 5+ years of working experience with enterprise performance management systems like OneStream or Hyperion
• Solid understanding of corporate financial planning, budgeting, and forecasting processes
• Demonstrated experience managing global, culturally diverse, cross-functional stakeholder teams
• Ability to prioritize competing requirements from stakeholder teams
• Ability to work well with others in a fast-paced environment and translate ambiguity into action plans
• Excellent relationship-building, negotiation, and problem-solving skills
• Solid speaking, writing, and presentation skills
• Knowledge of product ownership models
• Ability to prioritize and organize work to achieve goals and expectations
• Skilled with office applications like the Microsoft Office suite or Google office applications
• Positive attitude and demonstrated professional integrity

The following are considered a plus:

• MBA, Certified Public Accountant (CPA), Financial Planning and Analysis Certificate (FPAC), or Lean Six Sigma certification is a plus
• Experience working as a product manager or a product owner for a software offering
• Previous experience or familiarity with a software or subscription model business
