Description and Requirements
Responsibilities

  • Demonstrate expertise in developing strategic business account plans with stakeholders
  • Develop a meaningful strategic agenda and partnership agenda with the client, which elevates the relationship from supplier to strategic partner
  • Manage resources, including attracting, hiring and retention of personnel
  • Understand and be able to develop prioritization and balance of strategies and resources to generate Revenue and Profit.
  • Research and implement new initiatives to drive revenue, lower operating costs while drive solutions that are competitive, all while delivering excellent customer support
  • Monitoring of the annual budget/elements and ensure that revenue/sales targets are met
  • Manage and Collaborate with key leaders and sellers including but not limited to overlays
  • Preparation and presentation to stakeholders, SLT and Commercial BU's of client and market trend reports, requirements and recommended strategies.
  • This position will directly and indirectly manage other skilled sales professionals, while driving a culture of a high-performance organization


Required Skills

  • A proven track record of knowledge across ISG, SSG & IDG
  • Able to interface and build relationships with C-Level at customer and within Lenovo
  • Experience in the management senior staff, employees and available resources
  • A high level of business awareness and acumen
  • Excellent leadership, communication and organizational skills
  • Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills
  • Strong crisis management and conflict mediation skills
  • Successfully build and manage a matrixed group of employees and teams
  • Achieve company growth projections and targets in a dynamic and competitive environment
  • Manage operations and adapt processes within time and budgets
  • Be a strong team leader with a pragmatic approach in getting the best out of our talent
  • Build and nurture trust with employees, teams co-sellers and customers
