Onboarding Specialist
Key Role:
Provide full life cycle administrative support for the post-offer onboarding portion of the candidate life cycle. Perform required compliance operations, including tracking required documentation and start date management. Provide high-touch support for assigned new hires and hiring and career managers to ensure all post-offer tasks are completed in a timely manner. Prepare for and answer new hire questions pertaining to preparation for day one orientation and be available to serve as a welcome ambassador at new hire orientation to assist with I-9 processing and start date compliance, as needed. Handle an extremely high volume of new hire processing in a fast-paced, deadline-oriented environment. Interact frequently with recruiters, hiring teams, and candidates to ensure all tasks are completed in a timely manner, ensuring compliance with firm processes and government regulations. Due to the nature of work performed within this facility, U.S. citizen ship is required.

Basic Qualifications:
-1+ years of experience in an administrative or customer service role
-Experience with general Internet applications and Micro sof t Office, including Outlook and Excel
-Ability to greet new hires on day one of orientation in person or virtually if starting remotely
-Ability to retain confidentiality of sensitive information and respect diverse backgrounds and proprietary information
-HS diploma or GED

Additional Qualifications:
-Experience with a high volume of tasks and requests
-Experience with prioritizing, multi-tasking, and problem-solving in a deadline-oriented environment
-Experience with recruiting or HR administrative support
-Ability to excel in a fast-paced, client-focused environment
-Ability to be flexible and adaptable to change
-Ability to be confident, assertive, and self-driven
-Ability to work autonomously and support virtual and remote clients across the U.S. and international locations

-Possession of excellent oral and written communication skills, including articulation

-Possession of excellent organizational skills, including consistent attention to detail

-Possession of excellent customer service skills for candidate and client-facing interactions
