This role in particular will play a vital piece in growing the online business where Hallmark and Walmart are both investing.


The Omnichannel Operations Leader on Team Walmart is accountable for making Hallmark product work for Walmart online. In order to succeed in this role you must be a self starter, problem solver and live in ambiguity. The online business is one that is constantly changing and adapting and we have to move with it. We are looking for someone with operations or ecommerce experience, with a strong emphasis on problem solving and a demonstrated willingness to figure things out as we go. As we continue to evolve and learn, this role will be essential in process mapping and improvements.

This position is a hybrid role in Kansas City, MO or Bentonville, AR, or can be full time remote.

The annual salary range for this job is between $70,000 and $90,000. Salary will take into consideration several factors including location.


The following is required to be considered for this role:
  • Bachelor's degree or 4 years professional work experience
  • At least 2 years in an operations, logistics, or ecommerce role
