About the role
Starburst is looking for a hybrid role of an Office Manager / Executive Assistant to run the Boston Office and remotely run the Palo Alto Office. Additionally, you will partner with multiple executives to keep their day-to-days moving flawlessly. We’re looking for someone who will be the go-to person for our 75+ person office who can handle ordering supplies, directing employees to the right resources or points of contact, and to be the administrative keystone for the company. You will be the first person to welcome employees and guests as they come into the office.
Responsabilities
- Manage multiple executive calendars to keep their days moving
- Make travel arrangements for executives
- Organize meeting spaces agendas
- Keep kitchen and supplies stocked in the Boston Office
- Order kitchen and supplies for the Palo Alto Office
- Execute special projects as needed to support other teams (i.e., HR, Marketing, Sales)
Requirements
- This role requires you to have a full-time presence in our Boston office
- Enthusiasm for supporting a team and willingness to jump in and help
- Experience with GSuite is a plus
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Passionate about creating processes to ensure that things run smoothly
- Skillfully able to identify potential fires and confidently make decisions to jump in and solve the problem
- Multitasking is your superpower
- Top-notch organization skills
- Previous experience with coordination preferred
