About This Role
We are looking for an Office Coordinator who brings an enthusiastic and positive attitude to everything they do. This position reports to the Chief of Staff and will play an important role in helping our office operate effectively as we continue to grow. In this role, you will support the daily operations of the office and provide administrative support as needed to the team at-large.
What You'll Do
- Greet employees and visitors with a positive, helpful attitude
- Purchase all office supplies, kitchen snacks, and maintain proper stock levels
- Maintain a clean and organized office environment
- Manage relationships with the company's service and supply vendors, including researching and pricing out new suppliers
- Respond to maintenance requests and schedule repairs for the office
- Sort and distribute mail throughout the building
- Support all departments as needed by performing administrative duties, such as scheduling conference rooms and meetings, procuring materials, travel planning, maintaining agendas, ordering food, shipping, and mailing, etc.
- Work with our HR Generalist to assist with people team-related administrative needs and special projects
- Provide regular assistance to the Chief of Staff with projects and day-to-day tasks
- Other duties as reasonably assigned

- Ability to maintain absolute confidentiality
- Proficiency in Microsoft Suite
- 2-5 years of experience working in an office setting
